Graduated from the Department of Horticulture of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University in 1988, immigrated to New Zealand in 1993 and engaged in import and export trade. Since 2010, he has been committed to public welfare, actively promoting cultural and economic exchanges between New Zealand and China, striving to explore resources, constantly innovating, and making unremitting efforts to spread Chinese culture and promote New Zealand's multiculturalism. Founded the New Zealand Chinese Traditional Culture Experience Art Center; created the first Chinese library in New Zealand; hosted more than 100 cultural activities, such as the annual large-scale Chinese Cultural Festival and Chinese Book Fair; held children's holiday Chinese cultural camps; Matariki Maori New Year activities; led cultural teams to visit schools, communities, libraries and corporate units in different cities. As the founder of the New Zealand International Women's Association and the Elite Chamber of Commerce, he built a cultural, sports, commercial and entrepreneurial platform for women and carried out a variety of activities.
