With 33 years of professional experience in construction management and real estate development, including 8 years in China focusing on design and project management, [he] immigrated to New Zealand in 1997. That same year, he joined Fletcher Construction, one of New Zealand’s largest construction companies, where he spent 13 years managing large-scale commercial building projects.

In 2002, he earned a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney. Over the past 12 years, he has been deeply involved in numerous large-scale residential development projects, with expertise spanning real estate development management, project management, and corporate operations. He is skilled in managing the entire project lifecycle—from feasibility studies and project initiation to design and implementation.

Currently, he serves as Project Director at Shundi Group, overseeing major projects including Seascape, the tallest residential tower in New Zealand, and Park City, a large-scale apartment development.

His project portfolio covers a wide range of sectors—commercial, industrial, and residential—with a deep understanding of every phase from project inception to investment and construction. Most of his work has been based in the Auckland region, encompassing high-rise office buildings, multi-storey apartment complexes, large shopping centers and retail stores, industrial plants and warehouses, medium- and large-scale residential communities, and heritage building renovations and redevelopments.
