He has 33 years of professional experience in construction management and real estate development, including 8 years of design and project management experience in China. He immigrated to New Zealand in 1997 and joined Fletcher Construction, a New Zealand construction group, and worked in large-scale commercial construction project management for 13 years. In 2002, he obtained a master's degree in project management from the University of Technology Sydney. In the past 12 years, he has participated in many large-scale residential development projects. His experience covers real estate development management, project management, and company management. He has the skills and experience to manage the entire process from project feasibility, project establishment, design to implementation. Currently, as the project director of Shundi Group, he is responsible for Seascape, the tallest apartment building in New Zealand, and the large-scale apartment development project Park City.

The projects involved cover various types of commercial, industrial and residential projects. Familiar with project management from project approval to investment and construction. The projects involved are mainly concentrated in the Auckland area, including high-rise office buildings, high-rise and multi-storey apartments, large shopping malls and retail stores, large industrial plants and warehouses, large and medium-sized residential community development, and renovation and expansion of protected buildings.
